Greg Crabtree, CPA | Chief Executive Officer
The year was 1986. Reagan was on his second term. Phil Collins and Huey Lewis owned the airwaves. That's when Greg Crabtree started his own accounting firm.
Having spent 5 years with a regional accounting firm and 3 years as VP of Operations for a local bank, Greg had acquired a unique perspective about the financial industry. It was now time to offer that valuable insight to his own clients.
It's no mistake his firm's tagline is "Seeing beyond numbers." Rather than focus on one particular industry, Greg searches for best practices among firm clients and other business sources to redistribute them across industry lines.
Greg serves as board member to several private companies as well as the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Alabama, the ALS Association of Alabama and the Atlanta Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. In 2006, Greg was named to the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Global Board and serves as Chair of the Standing Finance Committee and board liaison to the Strategic Alliances Committee. Greg and his wife Debbie have four children (2 out of college and 2 in college). Greg is an avid golfer and enjoys playing historic golf courses whenever his travel plans permit.

Donna Berger, CPA | Chief Operating Officer
While most little girls were trying on their mother's dresses, or playing with dolls, Donna Berger was in her dad's bookcase poring over his accounting books. (Matter of fact, she still has them). Today, she's just as, if not more, attached to numbers.
That's why we made her our Chief Operating Officer. With over twenty years of experience in industry and public accounting, she runs the firms' day to day operations. She assists businesses with pursuing expansion opportunities as well as investigating new ventures. She oversees various accounting and tax projects and serves as a mentor to the other team members in the firm.
Donna is currently involved in the Women’s Economic Development Council, WEDC Foundation, American Society of Women Accountants, Executive Women’s Golf Association, the Committee of 100, and the Women’s Business Council of the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, where she served as the Chair for 2009. In her spare time, Donna enjoys relaxing with family, reading, and golfing.
