Meg Lawson, CPA

Meg has loved numbers since she began learning her multiplication tables in third grade. While most children only begrudgingly did their math homework, she always did hers first because it was her favorite. She loves the field of accounting & finance not only for the numbers, but also the logic that is their foundation.

Meg received her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Business Administration and her Master’s Degree in Accountancy, both from The University of Alabama, in 2008 and 2009, respectively. She obtained her CPA certification in March of 2011. Meg joined Crabtree, Rowe & Berger in June 2011 after working in Atlanta, Georgia for two years.

Meg works with clients in assurance services, including audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as accounting assistance and taxation. She enjoys providing clients with a product that is beneficial to their business.

Meg is active in the Alabama Society of Public Accountants and the American Society of Public Accountants. She is also actively involved in her church and volunteering in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and following Alabama football.
